My picture comes up trumps every time with there products iv now ordered quite a few items and there all top quality and very well priced. On the 1 occasion that one item wasnt quite up to standard i got in touch with customer service and a replacement item was sent out with no extra cost and in quick time. I will ordering again and I'm very pleased with the all around service and product, many thanks.

Was sceptical as some offers are not that good after all, but this is an amazing print. Took a while to come due to Covid restrictions but happy with it. Packaged very well and protected. Will definitely be buying again

I ordered an item on the 3rd April 2021, on the 7th i received anothe email to say it was ready and would be shipped. it never arrived, i complained and was told they would make me another. On the 30th April another email to say the new item was being shipped. The last notification from UPS came on the 9th May, it was to tell me that it was at Stanford le Hope on the 6th May m in Transit! Stanford le Hope is 61 miles from me, and it is still there. Never Ever Again !!!!

I have ordered quit a few canvases now and been very satisfied with every single one of them. Good service and communication, I have always order from My Picture and always will. Thank you

I ordered 3 canvas prints, UKA39902962074. I didn't realise they were coming from Germany, as a co.uk website. But have to say, prompt filling of order and prompt postage, colours on 1 are a bit out but that's more to do with it being a phone camera shot and lack of white balance settings. Over all my family are very happy!. Great prices. Many thx

Three weeks after placing the order and two weeks after being advised that it was with UPS for delivery, the company has advised that they can't trace the package and have ordered me a replacement - too late for the birthday that it was intended for. Customer service is non-existent - false promises galore.

Poor Customer Service - tried contacting them about my pillow order 3-4 times due to how long it was taking to get here. No where on the website does it state it's coming from outside the UK so it missed my partners birthday (by about 2 weeks), chased them and they blamed the carrier, chased them again - told me to wait 48 hours for the carrier to update, chased again - told to wait another 48 hours. I won't be using this company again - it's always someone else's fault it seems..

Did not deliver to my property. Had to get a taxi to a shop 3 miles away. Cost me £7 Not happy

A mixed experience as that his is a German comany and I thought was British and that made my gift arrive 9.04.21. I ordered week before mothers day. I left a review with 1 star because I wad angry and they told trust pilot I wasn't a real customer. I had to verify my purchase to prove that I had indeed used them.However they did resend the picture's when I complained and I'm not sure yet which one has turned up.The picture's are well done and seem pretty good value for money compared to thier competitors.

Placed an order for a canvas on 10th March. At the time website was advertising 48 hour turn around and advertising Mothers Day gifts. Despite notification that item was complete the following day, it took another 6 days to be advised it had shipped and isn't expected until 22nd March. Brexit being blamed which in mid March is a very poor excuse. Perhaps they should advise that orders are shipped from outside the UK and give people a chance to order from a UK based Company. It was needed for a funeral on 19th March. Very disappointed and will be returning item for a refund.

Ordered on 11th February & still not received. Dispatched on 23rd Feb apparently & now 8th March. Awful communication with several emails met with a fairly standard response. People need to be aware that items are dispatched from Germany despite being a UK website. They still advertising for Mothers day in less than a week. Good luck if you order anything!!!

Maybe 1 email for every 25 you send - no other contact details, generic responses. Still waiting for a (Ready to ship in 24 hours) item - now nearly 8 days later.
